This year we celebrate 13 years of God’s faithfulness in the Alabaster Ladies’ Conference that brings together women of all generations. Every year in August, women from different walks of life gather at All Saints’ Cathedral Kampala to study the word and fellowship with other believers to grow in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In a world filled with challenges and uncertainties, it is comforting to know that we serve a God who sustains us throughout the changing scenes of life. The world is grappling with a novel expression of challenges; we are seeing more family breakdowns, increase in addictions, gender battles increase as women struggle to maintain their God given identity in a world full of pressures. As believers and women, we are comforted that we have a heavenly Father who carries us through every season, every circumstance, and every crossroad we find ourselves at.
T hirteen years of Alabaster Ladies Ministry! What began as a small conference at the All Saints’ Cathedral upper parking lot, is now a fully-fledged ministry impacting the lives of women across generations.
Alabaster Ladies’ Conference began 12 years ago at All Saints’ Cathedral with a burden to minister to women in different generations and create a platform for mentorship. The Conference has grown through the years registering phenomenon successes and transforming the lives of women. Many conferences provide information to the hearers, but Alabaster transforms the hearts of women irrespective of their status, age, and level of spirituality. For this, we give glory to God.
